Extinguisher is carefully tested, packed, and dispatched with strict quality checks to ensure it
reaches you in perfect condition.
No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive and safety-critical nature of fire protection products, all sales made
through our website are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or
cancellations once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
Exception – Wrong Product Delivered
An exception will be made only if the product delivered is not what you ordered.
In such a case:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photos of the incorrect item received.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement of the correct product.
- No monetary refund will be issued.
